Prices of the holiday apartments in Castelrotto.

Price conditions and discounts

The prices of the apartments is for a minimum stay of 4 nights.
Each additional person: 10,00 – 15,00 €.
As of 01.01.2020 we are committed to collect a community residence tax of 2,50 € per person and night for all persons over 14 years.
It is possible to book an additional double bed room with shower, toilet, balcony and TV for 2 persons. The price for the room for 2 persons per night is: 45,00 – 50,00 €.
The price includes: bed linen, towels, tea towels, use of the barbecue area, herbs from the garden, parking, play areas for kids, ski room with boot dryer. Paying a small surcharge, you may use the washing machine and dryer.

Deposit

We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation becomes binding once the deposit of 200,00 € per week is paid. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be reimbursed.

Payment

Please pay cash on site. The cash limit in Italy amounts to 4.999,99 €. The following payment methods are allowed: non-transferable check, bank transfer.

Arrival and departure

On your arrival day the apartment will be ready for you starting from 2 p.m. If you arrive on Sunday, the holiday apartment will be available from 6 p.m. On departure day, we ask you to leave your holiday apartment clean and not later than 9 a.m. Thanks! In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.

To facilitate your arrival and departure, we offer you a pick-up service to and from the nearest railway or bus station.

Cancellation

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code
According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code):

• Until 90 days prior to arrival without any cancellation fee. We will retain only the deposit.
• 3 months up to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the full price.
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the full price.
• In the last week before arrival: 90% of the full price.
• In case of “no show” or early departure, the guest is required to fully pay for the entire booking period.

Please inform us in advance if you are unable to take your holiday.

Cancellation insurance

We are looking forward to your visit. However, we recommend that together with the booking of your stay you close a “Cancellation Insurance”. This way, cancellation fees are covered and you can happily look forward to your vacation. Further information about costs and details of the “cancellation insurance” are available here.
